I had the misfortune of hitting a deer just west of Memphis recently. Kevin Martin responded to tow my car. He was extremely personable and helpful, not to mention the fact he knew what he was doing.

Twice in the last 10 days, Kevin and Carl rescued me from the middle of nowhere. Both times, they were there as quickly as possible. Both of these guys were professional, courteous, and just plain fun to work with. Kevin claimed to give me the Frequent Flyer Discount the second time. AWESOME! Was with my family for Christmas, and it snowed. Went and got truck started @nd locked keys in truck while running. Called and Kevin couldn’t be any nicer. Told him my dilemma and he said he would be here in 30-45 minutes, and sure enough he was. Did the job quickly and very professional. Would recommend to all. Will not forget this experience. Thanks

I don't write many reviews, but this had to be said. I was having a terrible day after missing my turn and getting stuck. I called several different companies in the area with no luck. Eventually I was referred to Lakeside from another wrecker company. The owner and his son came immediately and were by far the most professional and fair people I've had the pleasure of working with. Firts class service. Kevin went out of his way to ensure that my trip stayed on track. I was travelling from California to Queen City in my motorhome and my family of 7 and unfortunately hit an object in the road which broke my driveshaft and several other objects in my RV rendering it inoperable. With no facilities nearby willing to work on it, Kevin at Lakeside stepped up to the task and not only towed my disabled vehicle but fixed it in record time. My trip was only affected by a day which still allowed me the ability to continue on with my trip to New Orleans and eventually back to California. Not only did he perform quality A+ service, but upon picking up my RV i noticed that he'd washed the entire exterior which im sure noone else wouldve done.
